Please Note:

INSPECTIONS

The above prices are for the inspection only, and are applicable regardless of the resulting quote being accepted or not. 

All inspection prices are based on a standard residential property and include an inspection of up to 1.5 hours in total at the property. Grouped/discounted rates are applicable at one property only. Larger properties, including commercial and industrial property inspections will be charged per hour (or part thereof), or quoted on after an assessment takes place. For inspections of properties outside of the general Cape Town area additional travel costs may apply.

REPAIRS

Any repairs that are required to make the property/installation compliant will be quoted on after the inspection is completed. Two payment options will also be available for any repair costs:

Discounted EFT rate or from the Proceeds of the Sale.

The discounted price is a 15% discount included in the quote, applicable for EFT payments (Deposit payable on acceptance of quote and remainder within 24 hours of repairs being completed).

Payment may be made via the attorneys on registration, full price quotes will apply, and an undertaking will be required. (Please note that should the transfer of the property take more than 90 days from date of final invoice, the seller will be liable for the account with immediate effect, at the full price). If our repair quotation is declined, all outstanding invoices (Discounted and Proceeds) become payable immediately.
