We are a small, owner-run and managed company, working with an experienced team, where each team member has been chosen with care, to provide our clients with the best service, workmanship and prices.

Working throughout the greater Cape Town areas, and happy to take on any job, no matter how big or small.

We have built strong relationships with various sectors of the property market in Cape Town (conveyancing attorneys, estate agents, body corporates), and have aligned our company with many qualified and knowledgeable partners.

We specialise in making sure that your electrical, plumbing, electric fence and gas installations are compliant with the relevant SANS Regulations and By-Laws, and that your property is free from wood destroying organisms.

However, compliance certificates are not all we do! We also love to get involved in the maintenance and upkeep of your property and installations, keeping your property compliant and safe!
